What type of Dunker are You!

It all began in high school when I was being teased. I was 6’2 as a freshman and couldn’t even touch the backboard, never mind the rim! My teammates used to tease me so badly that I would cry and be too embarrassed to even step foot on the court. But one day, I asked our football coach (Coach O’Brien) for some suggestions on how to improve my jumping ability. He told me to lift weights and concentrate on my legs and do different jumping drills to improve agility. With that in mind, my determination to dunk and be accepted as an equal, drove me to engage in a serious workout regiment. Soon after, I began my weight training, the local Boys and Girls Club sponsored me so I could workout on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During that time, I would take a tennis ball and practice my dunks, knowing that if I kept up my workouts I would be dunking in no time! By the beginning of my senior year I was not only dunking with authority, my vertical jumping ability had increased so much, I could kick the backboard!
